AI Engineer at SCOUTASTIC (all genders)

As an AI Engineer at SCOUTASTIC, you drive the evolution of our scouting platform by designing and implementing features that push the boundaries of what's possible with AI. Our software is used by over 130 professional football clubs worldwide – and we're expanding into other sports. Your work directly shapes how clubs discover and evaluate talent.

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes AI, stays on top of the latest developments in LLMs and generative AI, and turns that knowledge into real product features.

• AI Feature Development: You design and implement AI-powered features that make our platform smarter – from intelligent search and recommendations to automated data enrichment.
• Agentic Engineering: You leverage modern AI development tools (Claude Code etc.) to massively scale your output and push our platform forward.
• Experimentation & Prototyping: You rapidly prototype new ideas, evaluate emerging AI technologies and assess their potential for our product.
• Integration & Pipelines: You integrate LLMs, embeddings and other AI models into our existing infrastructure and build robust data pipelines.
• End-to-End Ownership: From the first experiment to production deployment, you take full responsibility and iterate fast.

• Tech stack: Proficient in Python and/or Node.js.
• AI enthusiasm: You have a genuine passion for state-of-the-art AI technology, LLMs and their real-world applications.
• AI tooling: You know how to leverage AI-powered developer tools effectively and critically evaluate their output.
